Start Your Child's Journey With Us

We're so excited that you're interested in joining the Elms Creatives family!

If you would like to enrol your child in one or more of our classes, please complete the short Enrolment Request Form below.

This allows us to collect your initial details, check class availability and make sure we have all the information we need before you complete your full enrolment and set up your monthly membership.

Please note: Our Junior classes are currently the only classes available for enrolment, for children aged 6-11 years. Please join our mailing list by clicking here to stay up to date with upcoming classes.

How It Works

1. Submit Your Enrolment Request

Complete the short form below with your details, your child's details and the classes you are interested in.

Please note that submitting an Enrolment Request does not automatically guarantee a place. We will review your request and confirm availability with you.

2. We'll Review Your Request

Once we receive your request, we'll check availability for your chosen classes and confirm the appropriate membership option.

We may contact you if we need any additional information.

3. Complete Your Enrolment

Once your child's place has been confirmed, we'll direct you to our Enrolment page, where you can:

Download and read the Parent Handbook
Download the Family Enrolment Pack
Complete and return your Enrolment Pack
Complete an Additional Child Form, where applicable

4. Set Up Your Membership

Once we have confirmed your enrolment details, you'll receive instructions on how to securely set up your monthly membership payment via GoCardless Direct Debit.

This helps us ensure that every payment can be correctly matched to the relevant family and membership.

If a place is available, we'll guide you through the remaining enrolment steps and provide everything you need to officially join Elms Creatives.
